About 9 or 10 years ago the branding rights to market our shit with the jack Daniel's name was bought out by Chili's(no clue if they still have it), so everything that had the name became just "Whiskey", except for the burger which is "Friday's Signature Whiskey Glaze Burger". Same recipe. I'd say every few weeks I get a customer that looks over the menu and gets confused not finding Jack Daniel's. I've not seen anybody under 60 use the brand name in the past year. For FoH staff only myself and one bartender worked here before the name change and the rest weren't exactly regulars before they were hired. --- "Now, was that civilized? No, clearly not.
