Feminists say that we should all listen to and immediately believe rape accusations. This is a prime example of why that's stupid, and why 'innocent until proven guilty' is so important. Yep. I think it's less "guilty until proven innocent" and more "You need to actually take accusations seriously." We live in a world where people in power want rape victims arrested for speaking up. University kangaroo courts dont follow due process.
