eat more calories than you burn. 500 calories extra a day will give you about 1 pound of at a week. 1000 extra calories will give you 2 pounds a week.

so those veggies you eat? start dipping them in humus or cheese wiz or something. that water you're drinking? swap it out for a nice refreshing glass of olive oil. that piece of lean chicken, swap it out for a bucket of KFC.

Now if you are thin you probably stop eating sometime around the time you stop being hungry. That's incorrect. Don't stop eating until it becomes physically uncomfortable for you. Do this every meal from now on.

You can change, but only if you really try! I believe in you TC, lets see how huge thick and swollen you can get!
