You really don't see the problem with "mildly inconveniencing" (which is putting it extremely lightly) law-abiding citizens because of the actions of a fringe minority of gun-owners?

If you got angry at Dick's sporting goods raising the minimum age to purchase a firearm, that's pretty much a direct admittance that you want nothing to be done about this issue.

How would one store chain raising the age do anything about the issue?

You do know that the extreme vast majority of school shooters don't walk into a gun store and buy the gun they use in a school shooting, right?


The Parkland shooter bought a firearm from Dick's. That's why they did it.

No it wasn't. They may have sold a gun to him in the past, but the gun he used was purchased from another place called Sunrise Tactical Supply.
