Cept that isn't how it works. Most people will drift right back into deep sleep after hitting the snooze button. If you can actually remain awake, then hitting the snooze button wont really do any harm, but if you actually fall asleep, you will be awoken from deep sleep every time you hit the snooze button. Not good for you at all.


No they won't, not unless you're snoozing for a long ass time. Deep sleep takes a while to get into.
