First off, the argument that the phrase "boys will be boys" is rape culture is not the same as saying that the phrase is used to justify rape. Second, the topic title was made by UR. Nowhere in the video you referred me to or in the Fox News article was the word rape ever used. In fact, many who take issue with the phrase do so even when it excuses bad behavior that isn't necessarily harassing girls.
