I order from Amazon maybe once a month. And it's always over the threshold for free delivery. And I almost never need the item super fast. So it's not worth it to have Amazon Prime. I don't wish to see anything on their streaming service, either. And at least once a year they will give me a free month of Prime. I've been using Amazon for a decade now. So it's not so bad.

However, the last two times I ordered something they didn't give me free Prime. Instead they offered me a week of prime for $2. Since my order was suitably large enough, and I was getting presents for my mother and brother, I decided to take them on their offer. $2 for 2 day delivery is not bad at all. The fact that it also gives me some free games is a nice bonus.

I had to sign up for twitch and install their desktop client to get the games, but since it was a bonus for me, I feel it was worth it. For games collected today and several more to come. I won't be getting the whole two weeks, though. So just six more games, I suppose? Maybe five. I'll see when this trial ends.

But to be honest, I am getting a little tired of all of these Desktop clients. Steam, Galaxy, Uplay, Origin, and now Twitch.
