Some guy on HLN said that it's possible she didn't die right away and that after she was shot, cops refused to rush and help her and just left her there while they kept fighting. All they know is she was dead when they finally bothered to go check on her Didnt we just have some topic where some court ruling said that cops have no legal duty to actually save anyone?
