During Obama, when the GOP controlled the House and Dems the Senate, GOP passed a ton of bills through the House and were open to negotiations to make everyone happy. Instead, as soon as it reached the Senate, it was tabled. No discussions, no compromises. We're willing to work with you. You're not willing to work with us.

Yes, it is. Denying it doesn't make it untrue. It was Harry Reid in control of the Senate and he never let any bill hit the floor. The Senate has the power to change what the House passes but Reid refused to do that. He just tabled everything. It is a fact
