That's maybe a fair definition, but I hope it's not meant derogatory. My problem is that at points its a bit all over the place. And it's like "oh, what a twist" and then later characters both protagonist and antagonist are just like "no, that's how it happened, yeah the first story." Usually a strong narrative agrees with itself once something is established. Especially the scene where Amber Sweet becomes the company head, hundreds of people could be witnesses in court that she shouldn't from her father's statements..
