Still, from my understanding, the statement that no matter what you label it you're under scrutiny still stands. They'll still look at videos labeled as "for kids" and deem if it's a correct labeling or not. Plus it's just not an attractive option in general because it's not gonna be shown to people. It does more than just cut revenue, it prevents it being advertised and showing up on recommended lists.
