Topic	The Nat Guard is being activated in my state (Wa) NY and CA.

Even if testing sucks there, at least its happening. Maybe its just me, but I probably just deployed the National Guard in request. Id probably start with the places that need them. And take request after, which might be why its only happening now. Id also let the state that requested know that they may go somewhere else if they are needed somewhere else.
