I think? idk, the question becomes would he have been homicidal without the gun. And I'm kinda thinking that anybody who would execute their brother like that might not need a gun. Granted, 13 is still pretty damn young and there's reduced awareness, impulse control, etc, especially among boys, but it's hard not to read this story and think of it as an execution. It's also a little crazy that they out a kid like that, whereas most other developed nations provide the identity of much older minors. Full Throttle posted...
