Topic	13 y/o charged with MURDER of his 9 y/o BROTHER while playing COPS AND ROBBERS!!

He related he did this because the victim was not complying with the victim for not listening ot him" Seems pretty straight up murder to me. That said, I'm not sure what should be done with him here.
