From the neck down, yeah. His face and hair sprites are totally different. He's uninspired. They should've made him look meaner, cockier, anything. He's so flat and boring. The dialogue makes him seem arrogant, but his facial expression doesn't match that. He just looks like some dude apathetically posing in front of the camera for a quick paycheck.

You have a cowardly French boxer, a militaristic German boxer, a flamboyant Spanish boxer, an obese Pacific Islander boxer, a Turkish giant boxer, a drunken Russian boxer, a bodybuilding Californian boxer, and some random dude who kinda looks like Dan Marino if he made the switch from American football to boxing.
