I'm surprised to say the least to see it at 3, Its a weird way they do all this, but reading how they do it kinda makes sense to see southern states at the top of the list. Tons of jobs, housing is cheap, people are friendlier and happier because they dont have to spend every minute working and trying to pay for insanely expensive stuff. When you look at those things and those things only, Id be more surprised that a non southern state is in the top 10, let alone first.
