Our daughter was the result of six months (and $10,000+) of IUI treatments so that job could fuck off if they were gonna say no to that. They didnt even offer mothers paid leave, they told them to sign up for short term disability which would only pay like 60% of their wages while theyre gone iirc. Also the new job gave me bereavement leave for the entire time we were in the hospital when she died in the womb last month. Old job wouldve had me use PTO because bereavement didnt cover miscarriages/stillbirths. I think I made the right choice in leaving lol --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
