Topic	Best pre-VI Final Fantasy?

Though I only played 4 DS, don't know how the pixel one is. 5's lack of widespread popularity is likely just because not very many people have played it, not because of its quality. It's a really good game and the job system is surprisingly well designed for how old it is. The plot isn't the focus in the same way it is for 4 or 6, but the game benefits from not taking itself too seriously.
