Kuja: I know Kuja has his defenders, but to me, he's just sort of whatever. Better than Necron, of course, but if I'm ranking the main villains of the games, he's going in the bottom half. He's better than Vayne, Robopope, Ultimecia, and Cloud of Darkness, and I can't even rank Garland really, but he leaves a lot to be desired. Although, in his defense, I do still remember him being mildly impressed by Bahamut injuring him in that one scene, so he at least has that going for him.

Ultimecia: First of all, what was with the K thing? Second of all, this is pretty easily the weakest of the pre-bad game main villains. I don't hate FFVIII, but Ultimecia is the most perfunctory villain ever. She's about three steps above Necron, in that she technically does do stuff throughout the game, but you have no idea what she's like as a person until the extreme end of the game, and then she's just a bad guy. I actually want R = U to be true just so there's more to her.
