No turn limit on the vast majority of maps. There are few missions called night maps, that are basically the hard endgame challenge stuff. They have turn limits, but there are only a few of them. It has a cool story and some really fantastic art and characters. And I can't stress how great and easy it is regarding getting the characters you want.
