And I wasnt that into it, so I was never particularly interested in watching the anime. The story and characters were solid, just not anything remarkable. Sometimes I wonder if the anime did something to make it vastly superior, but honestly Im not that interested in finding out. I read the VN quite a while back, when it first got a fan translation, and I loved it. I cried, and I thought Reverie was amazing, and Ive used a quote from it for my signature for probably around a decade. The anime didnt seem like a bad adaptation, it just didnt do anything for me. I dont think Ive really heard anyone talk about this? The premise seems alright, and that Oubu woman looks cool. I assume the animations really bad though?
