Haven't seen that many Ralts this event despite it being featured in the promotional graphic. I think I've caught 3 and then seen 4 others listed as being nearby.

Unfortunately it's like never windy in my area so I haven't had that much luck with boosted psychics, other than a few sunny-boosted Exeggcute. Caught 2 wild Slowbro, the stronger of which was still only around 1850CP (which still lower than the 2k one I already have). Missed going out for one when it was listed as raining in-game.
