pedro45 10/11/18 2:18:56 PM #1:	I eat this stuff like every day but I walk like 30 minutes a day and have a kind of physical job. Should I be concerned? I eat both the cups and the ones you boil in a pan. I know it's a lot of salt, but I also eat one home cooked meal a week and have some sandwich at work.
