And I drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water a day, which might be bordering on unhealthy because after a certain point you're likely flushing nutrients or whatever. rogerskg1979 posted... For example, eight 8-ounce glasses is the same amount as four 16-ounce glasses, so how many ounces you drink is more important than how many glasses. I drink a little more than 100 ounces per day.
