Because once they hit like 70, it takes forever to do any leveling. Combat Reports help that a lot. I'm the exact opposite, because I find the early grind the most annoying. I use my Combat Reports to boost the dolls right when I start to train them, so I'm starting around level 40 or 50 than from level 1. I mostly use the Exp Combat Sim to level my dolls, and I mostly use any gems I get on more Combat Sim energy. M16A1 (who's my only doll maxed at level 100) along with four level 40-50 characters can clear the medium level Exp Combat Sim easily, and it makes for really great training on the days that particular Sim is active. I stopped leveling my data room equipment with all of them at level 6.
