One kinda nuisance about this psychic event is that it's almost never windy in my area. Instead, it's almost always cloudy (at least boosts Ralts) or partly cloudy (no good for this event). Today it rains and I find a WB'd Slowbro, but it's still sub-30. Then I finally find a lv31 or 32 Slowpoke but its IVs weren't great and it evo'd with the wrong moves.

Haven't really had sunny either, which would be nice for Exeggcute and Exeggutor since I only have two FP Venusaur (partly because I'd evo'd a Venu right before the Bulbasaur CD, but mostly because of lousy luck on the CD). Day 1 of the psychic event -- before the Pikachu spam -- I had caught a lv33 or 34 Exeggcute which I evo'd into 2550+ Exeggutor. My grass lineup is kinda meh atm since I just have a 2500 A-Exegg, that 2550+ one, a 2400+ Exegg, the two 2300 Venusaur, and a 3400+ SB Groudon which I had prematurely powered up before finding a better one.
