Acquiring $1B makes you pretty successful. Acquiring $100M too. At best you could argue the person was less successful than they clearly could have been given what they already managed to accomplish, but to insinuate that having less money than you once had makes one a failure is ridiculous. Especially when you use a guy who is still rich and currently President of the USA as your example of "not successful".

Honestly, this line of thinking is more hilarious every time I see it.
