All Perk 3s suck, Stopping Power is usually all you need in Perk 2, and Perk 1 is either Bling or Scavenger. And the guns. Who would use the Tar-21 when the ACR kills quicker, etc If they do MW2R they need to sit down and rework the gun and Perk balance --- Sometimes I say things and I'm not voice acting. ...
