We get along. I can make her laugh..we usually save each others seats and talk like 30 minutes before class. Just cant get any one on one time outside of that. But we know a fair bit about each other and started talking about our family a bit more in the last week.
That sounds like a good start, but cant you get together outside of class? Havent you asked her to hang out and go do something?

But its kind of hard since she commutes and I live here. Her commute is maybe 40 miles away while not impossible its kind of rough.
Did you ever try to reschedule? Even with the commute it shouldnt be too difficult, especially if shes into you like it seemed. Shell make time for you before or after class if so. Hope it goes well regardless
