Plus, prison guards beat the shit out of prisoners all the time(not federal prison guards, as they have a very good surveillance system and a good ratting system for the abusive guards, but the state ran ones and the for profit ones have guards beat up prisoners for fun), what makes you think cops do it any different? No we don't. I've literally only broken up fights and never once have I hit anyone doing it.
