i only listed actual keystone versions of windows.

3.1 isn't that dissimilar to regular 3, nor are all the CE editions different. it's usually just some sort of server integration upgrades.

i did list 8.1 and 8, though, and that's because 8.1 could be considered just windows 9.

as for the different versions of 10, those could be more considered as service pack upgrades, even though they don't do the service pack thing by name anymore.
