I did like that Hawkeye got to show off a lot of his "special arrows", particularly in Avengers 1 where he used an explosive arrow, a thermite arrow (or something similar), an electric arrow (that arced to nearby enemies), and a grapple arrow. But he didn't use any against any major enemy (except the one against Loki which barely phased him). "The city is flying, were fighting an army of robots and I have a bow and arrow. None of this makes sense."
