What do you mean by split It's not only about covid, everything can be an issue. If you feel sick, don't do stuff. If you are just "annoyed" because of some runny nose or light cough, that's fine. But you said you were actually sick. If your body is currently busy fighting off some sickness, it doesn't help if you backstab your own immune system and push your body to the limit on top of that. That's the best way to weaken your immune system even further, making you an easy target for other ugly stuff like pneumonia.
