| Topic | For those who work/have worked overnight shifts, what's it like? |
| Zeeak4444 10/29/25 1:10:21 AM #7: | 3rd shifts rough no way around it tbh. Some people do it no problem but most I know bare it at best. Black out curtains are a must imo, basically the only thing that helped me. Falling asleep isnt too bad but the drive home can be rough. At least for me my eyes struggled adjusting when the sun came up all the time so sunglasses helped but this might have been just a me problem lol. The nice thing is nights always feel nice and quiet so you get a little tradeoff there. Best of luck to you, its not all and but its rough so stay strong especially the first couple months when youre adjusting to it.
