Any extra weight is more exercise, more weight less time means more bulk, more time less weight means more lean gain.

That's not really what I meant. If you're in your house just waving your arms around, then ya - the heaviest you can handle is best...

But if you're walking/running you don't wanna be swinging weights around

The heaviest you can handle is always best. If you can handle less when running then that's the heaviest you can handle when running.

I don't know. It seems like running in them would just over stress your joints. Might be good for yoga or physical therapy where you can't lift barbells and stuff.

I would ask what other exercise you do. There are lots more effective workouts which will put less stress on your joints.

When I exercise I do proper exericse, but when I'm gaming I was thinking of putting on some ankle weights so when I'm kicking ma little feets it helps a little

forget the ankle/wrist stuff

you need fully weighted training clothing

that way you can take it off and jump 50 feet in the air and then move faster than the eye can see and leave afterimages

They're basically cross fit levels of bad for your joints. They don't do anything that working out properly wouldn't do better.

They're just not very good overall.
