They put Xenogears on PSN right after I buckled and decided they were never going to do it and bought it.

I imagine they're waiting to do it to me again with Suikoden 2.

But I plan on not buckling this time!

Suikoden seems like a dead RPG series.
Along with Breath of Fire, which also is pretty much over after it's 5th installment.
I would like to see them continue, but it's unlikely.
