I'm sorry, but why would DQX be the "big announcement"? It's not even a Nintendo title, and it seems odd that SE would allow them permission to release what is otherwise one of their flagship franchises.
Smash 4 details seems most likely, but hey, I'd be down with some Fire Emblem or Pokemon.

One of the biggest franchises in Japan gets the next mainline title on Wii. You don't see that as a big announcement? Microsoft would have a massive press conference if they had the next Call of Duty exclusive on 360.
Also it should be said that Nintendo published DQIX, so no reason to believe they wouldn't publish DQX as well.
Well, SE published DQIX in Japan, but they made a deal with Nintendo where they (Nintendo) published and marketed the game outside of Japan. Similar deal will happen with DQX.
I mean yeah that's not what people want to hear announced right now, another remake, but Operation Moonfall actually got more support than Operation Rainfall did -_-
