I thought it was $13 with a character, I could be mistaken though. That was a loooong time ago.
And whoa, I just remembered my account code thing.

XIV is currently $7+$3 per character. Will being going up to $10+$3 once 2.0 launches, unless you're a 'legacy' member in which case it'll stay at $7.

If I hadn't found out I'm not getting my financial aid for another seven weeks because I wasn't aware the funds don't get disbursed until ten days before the start of the last course and I have a single course that starts midway through the Summer semester... then I'd consider splurging and spending ten bucks.

But now I have to rethink things and I'm pretty sure FFXIV can suffer for it.
