Chinese takeout is a mixed bag in my experience. There are some good places and a whole lot of crappy places. I'd easily take "random Mexican fast food place" over "random Chinese takeout," even though I'd also take Chinese restaurant food over Mexican restaurant food.

I don't think so. I mean, it's including Panda Express and other random mall shops. Each of the other foods are directed at certain kinds of fast food joints as well.

I voted for Asian, but it was mostly because I love those little family-owned teriyaki places. I miss this place I used to live by. $6 for one of those take out styrofoam boxes absolutely stuffed with shrimp yakisoba. So good...

I tried Taco Del Mar for the first time a couple weeks ago (no Chipotle in Canada iirc) and I'm convinced that there is nothing better than Mexican fast food. I feel terrible for anyone who is used Taco Bell and such garbage to judge a burrito. There is another pretty good place called Red Burrito up here, not sure how common they are outside of Vancouver.

Chinese fast food is generally nothing special, and fast food sushi is pretty much never worth buying.

Edit: Oh, completely forgot about Korean. I've never had it myself, but the Korean places in the food courts around here look legit. I guess between them and the Japanese there is some pretty good stuff in the Asian category.
