It can be your current favorite or your all-time favorite! Either is fine!

Hell, having said that, I guess I'll start by posting both.

Current favorite:
theHunter: Call of the Wild

All-time favorite:
Toss up between Skyrim, RE4, and CS:GO

I'm not as huge of a CS:GO fan as that might have come off, but it's the classic FPS I always seem to fall back on with my Steam friends when we're goofing around.

Looking to get into Terraria soon! I'm a huge fan of Minecraft.

How bout you guys? :D

Current Favorite:
"The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky" (weirdly named)

haven't enjoyed a JRPG so much in something like 20 years. the combat could be better, but the writing is phenomenal.

Other favorites and things worth mentioning include:

Might and Magic X (really UPlay though)

Crashlands (a bit simple, but very good)

Hotline Miami (fastest paced action game I've ever played)

EU4 and Stellaris (love/hate)

Age of Wonders games

Dark Souls 1-3 (every gamer should play these)

Endless Legend (I keep trying every 4x game I find (except Civ 6 for now since it's so god damn expensive...) but this is the one I keep coming back to)

(the other Endless games are worth playing, too, particularly Dungeon of the Endless)

Valkyria Chronicles (extremely good J strategy game; a little like first-person fire emblem. or maybe turn-based wing commander on the ground?)

BG:EE/BG2:EE/IWD:EE/etc. will always love infinity engine games

Serious Sam games, Borderlands games

Wolfenstein: The New Order and Doom 2016 (every gamer should play these)

FTL, Jets n Guns, Rimworld

Creeper World 1-3 (and possibly Particle Fleet but haven't actually played it yet)

I'll give my favorite games that nobody has heard of, but should.

Atomic 79
It's a game where you shoot skeletons to pick up gold, it's a fun little shooter with high quality pacing, controlled panic, and f***ing hard but just a blast to play (plus a round can last to at most 5 minutes).

Conquest of Elysium 4
Like a dizzying amount of choices in a weird, weird ass game with s***y graphics? You've come to the right place! Take over the world with incredibly, incredibly unique factions, go to different planes to kill devils/gods/whatevers, and then pop back to take over a kingdom with your new found riches.
It's f***ing amazing that someone made this game.

Cthulhu Saves the World
I'm shameless and still like it, so whatever. It's a silly JRPG with some neat level up ideas.

Dungeons of Dreadmor
This is the only real roguelike game that I have on this list, but it's f***ing great. A whole bucket of dumb classes with just a s*** ton of items. This is the sort of game you can sink your teeth into and love for a long, long time.

Euro Truck Simulator 2
Suck my diiiiiick, I like this game. I haven't really played it since American Truck Simulator came out, and I just want to play that, and since I don't have it...

Hexcells Plus
It's like Minesweeper, but better. Better in every way.

Oxenfree
It's a good story game about some teenagers who go through some s***, it's really, really good if you like those sorts of things. Gameplay wise is non-existent, but there is a realtime conversation-thing, and you can really have some fun with that.

Teleglitch: Die More Edition
I still love this game, despite Kana's b***ing at me about how much I love it :P
It's a topdown bullethell-esk roguelite survival game. Run around, grab guns and bullets, shoot technological zombies, repeat. And the death messages are my favorite thing in any game ever. It has a weird beauty to it too, especially gunfire (I can't seem to find that type of distortion online).

It's only fun because of how bad it is, really.

It's pretty damn relaxing actually, just get on the highway, pop in a podcast/video, and have the part of you brain that wants something to watch happy, and have your hands play with.
And you get the nice white noise of the truck, which is fun.

Too bad it's impossible to win the game on a melee build.

Vampire stuff is still fun, and then craft the items you need.
It can work.
