By upgrade I presume you mean sell the old one?
If that's the case get the pro.

If by upgrade you don't mean sell the old one, get the switch. The normal PS4 still plays its games and now you have another console with its own games.

Not much reason to upgrade to a Pro unless you really care about 4k resolution for a handful of PS4 games that support it

I think the Switch looks like garbage so far, but it's still a way better choice than buying a Pro if you have a PS4 already.
