They have to have evidence that a crime is being committed to stay. Saying "No disturbance was continued. Now stop threatening me I didn't do anything" seemed to be what information he wanted, albeit not worded how he wanted. I also did not stalk that woman nor did I know she was my neighbor until like a month later.

People called in because of your fit. She explains what you did in the first 3 mins.

Objection, hearsay. She never testified at trial so anything she said was inadmissible.

I remember when I was going through a really hard time (my dad and gpa died in the same month, depressed, no work because economy was fucked) I went crazy and tried to fight 3 cops in a fit of rage and they didn't take me to jail they took me to the fucking hospital because I needed help.

He yelled at her and cops came. then they told him to leave but he refused. eventually he did though I think. then later on he bit a cop and another time he smashed his head against a police car door. and now he is being evicted on may 1st from his home I think, and then in like june I think he goes to court to decide if he is going to prison

Police do more abusing than helping typically. It's all they are really good at with the intelligence level mandated to them along with the type of people they recruit personality wise. From the parts of the video I have seen he doesn't leave. He walks away and then chooses to come back to confront the police after they tell him numerous times not to do that. They try to arrest him and he goes nuts.

In a serious way, I get that TC wants to defend himself and stick it to the man because he feels wronged but he comes off poorly and it does seem like he has some issues; but I get his motivation. IMO, as an attorney, any jury or judge that sees that video is going to be convinced that you didn't obey an order and that the cops used reasonable force in trying to arrest you. You would be a terrible witness to have to defend and any decent SA would enjoy breaking you down. Have the SAs offered you any kind of deal?

Ehh we sold chips and stuff too, but unfortunately the cop has better things to do than dealing with this. Murders, domestic violence, drugs, shootings etc. On the list of priorities this issue is very small, and as conceited as you are, you don't matter much here. Gamefaqs may be the only place where your tiny voice is even being heard, but outside of here nobody cares. We only see a mentally unstable man freaking out and being taken away. I spent a little bit of time doing police work and worked towards a criminal justice degree out of pure passion, so I've seen this issue time and time again. This seems to be the only thing that gives your life purpose and makes you feel like you matter, so I guess you can proceed on this crusade, but this is a waste of energy. tbh

But since you can't see over your own nose and you show some selfishness, this message will also fall on deaf ears. pop some pills and find a better therapist. You may not matter as much as you think and I know that's hard to realize, but that's reality.

You do realize that 2 people on that video, including one being the dispatcher mentioned me being on Facebook. The second lady even said "Everyone knows him". Part of the reason they are pissed is because I control about 1/4th of the local media and I don't have the special interest the newspaper does as the newspaper is owned by the people who run the local ISP which is has had it's hand in the city forever.

He is just cementing the fact that he would be a bad client because of how difficult he is to control and keep calm.

(1) No client should be e-mailing any opposing attorney personally. You have an attorney for a reason.
(2) There are procedural rules for making people comply with discovery. Sending personal e-mails 2 nights prior to a hearing/trial is not one of them. If there is/was a discovery issues you better hope your attorney filed something or brought it to the judges attention because that e-mail will not be a part of the record if you lose and try to appeal based a discovery issue.

I am just making an ethics complaint to the bar and state prosecutor's office. My attorney has put his foot on the gas because I got on his ass about fucking around and letting him do that to begin with. I spent a week trying to get that bodycam and they kept telling me they have to go through my attorney but then they weren't sending it to him either. Shit started pissing me off and then I sent that e-mail, he got bodycam the next morning and I didnt even see it UNTIL TRIAL. No he didn't mention that, why? I have no clue. Part of why I was yelling at him not long ago. You may be an attorney but I've made the police backpedal twice and I am not locked up. Judging by the attorneys around here and the fact I saw some attorney come out as a flatearther a couple weeks ago and cite him being an attorney as to why he wasn't stupid, being an attorney really doesn't mean much by itself.
