Christian Utah Judge Jerk, Thomas Low held back TEARS as he sentenced a 43 y/o RAPIST Mormon, Keith Vallejo to prison as he called him an "extraordinary good man" despite the fact that Keith had raped his SISTER in law!! Thomas said it was very hard to send a CHILD OF GOD to prison because he was a "Priest".

Julia Kirby, the sister in law of Keith was in court as she heard Thomas PRAISED Keith for being a former Mormon Priest after he was convicted of first degree felony of object rape and 10 second degree felonies of forcible sexual abuse and another of her female relatives

He said "The court had no doubt that Mr. Vallejo is an extraordinary good man. But Great man, sometimes do bad things"

Julia was 19 when Keith raped her and called the statements "unacceptable and unprofessional"

Keith maintained his innocent throughout the trial and called the justice system "funny" and that the process circulates around "bullying" people to plead guilty

Ryan McBride, the prosecutor of the case said the judge's comments were inappropriate but may have been in response to the more than 50 character letters about Keith and all the "good" things he's done.

Keith's brother compared his brother to JESUS in making the argument that he was wrongly convicted.

He said "I don't think it's wrong to acknowledge the good things that someone has done in their lives. But i think whenever you do that in a case like this, you've also got to say, it doesn't excuse what you've done".

Kristen Houser of the Chief Public Affairs for National Sexual Violence said the words was an overarching problem in the perception of rapists. She said "A blanket statement that you're a wonderful person is not appropriate for someobdy whose been sentenced for raping 2 girls.
