As for the bill passing the Senate, kind of resigned to the fact that they will tweak it just enough to keep House support and get it through budget reconciliation. The AHCA is more than likely going to replace the ACA. Probably not in this form, but in some form.

With an amendment I don't think Ulti will celebrate.

This was and still is a wildly unpopular bill, even more so than the original ACA before passing. It's more likely to be an anchor around vulnerable Republican house members than a win for them.

It will kill even lower middle class because they will be able to afford insurance but not the out of pocket costs which are going to skyrocket for them.

The correct wording for #3 is that Americans will spend less on premiums. That is how Republicans have been spinning this.

1. The CBO scored the non-amended version rather poorly and the amendments did nothing to change it.
2. Right but in order to remain in power you need to be re-elected, meaning you could lose the House rather easily.
3. Not really. Nothing about this bill does anything to actual lower premiums through suggested ideas like removing state lines and allowing cross-state insurance sales. This is only about things like how to subsidize people's insurance costs. Premiums will still rise but now people will have less government aid to help them deal with it.
