The KH creators are saying that all the games thus far are part of the "Xeonhort Saga", and that once it wraps up, they'll move onto a new arc.
What other series has made separate arcs each spanning more than one or two installments?

When you're playing Kingdom Hearts, just remember that it's not like other games. The game is incredibly artistic, almost to the point where you have to be paying complete attention to it to even remotely understand it. I remember watching a cutscene on Destiny Island (though I can't remember what it was), where I thought a scene was absolute bollocks during the watch. Then, I closed my eyes for a second, and all of a sudden the cutscene had an entirely new meaning. It was insane the way Kingdom Hearts could just become something so different when you take a look into the game.

Another thing you should note about Kingdom Hearts is that it's easy to get a headache playing it. Not because it's a bad game, but because of how many ideas the story is riddled with and how complex it is. Soon enough your head will fill to the brim and the rest will just sound like noise to you. Just turn it off and give it a play the next day.

If you don't like the music, you'll definitely at least enjoy reading through the lyrics, and picking apart the song itself and all of the artistic values that go into making it the complexity that it is.

Danganronpa, if you count that since it's a lesser known series. The first 2 (3 if you count the spin-off) were based on a storyline, but the third main game is gonna be revamped with completely new characters.

I Iove when games do that. If the plot and gameplay is a good idea, I have no problem rebooting it with new characters and setting. As long as it isnt done to the point of over-repetition.
