He's a mix of several interesting aspects. The cool powers of the rings, the Charles Atlas Superpower martial arts training, the fact that he's an honorable bad guy, the character flaw of his vanity causing him to burn through his riches in order to constantly improve himself... Just amazing, and IMO by far the most underrated villain in comics. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Finally, a turn for a real Marvel villain. Unfortunately, after Black Manta is gone, I'll have to wait for another 6 DC villains to lose in order to get to the next good one listed.
