As someone who has to make an effort to put on weight. I know you have to literally be eating almost all day to do it. So how the fuck do people get so fat? You almost have to concentrate on getting mad calories. Like do you know how hard it is to get 5000 calories of food in? I get half of that in shakes. I can't imagine getting it straight from what's mostly trash foods. And thats why the "average" anything that is judged from person to person is skewed. Some people are so fucking unhealthy.

He's prob gonna die on the operating table. You re not supposed to get that surgery without taking other steps first ( that he didn't take because he's weak willed and lazy). He found some sketch doctor to do the operation anyway, but most all medical professionals wouldn't be willing to. He's either gonna die on the operating table or over eat right after and do serious internal damage. His kind impulsive behavior can't be fixed with surgery, it's more mental than physical when you're at the point he's at

I used to think the same way, but I met one of these guys working on a project and it was crazy. For the three weeks I knew him he'd regularly get a 20 piece mcnugget and large fries a few times a day as a "snack." His actual meals were disgusting.
