You can't avoid it pretty much anywhere as of late, everyone and their mother seems to be political science majors all of the sudden and people have latched onto identity politics all over the place. You'd think it could actually be beneficial, having discussions, people becoming more informed, but instead it's just pissing contests and echo chambers so everyone is just as dumb as ever, but with the added annoyance of now thinking they're political geniuses.

Is there any end in sight? Or have politics always been this bad but I'm just no old enough to notice? Is the internet to blame? Is it those damn millennials and their vidya gaems?

The internet doesn't help, and the media certainly contributes. I feel like the left kinda pushed identity politics to become more divided.
