WTF, you had to treat them really badly and have them shitting on the floor constantly to turn into Numemon in Digimon World 1.

I had one of them shit on the floor once while I was training them and he shit on the floor when he woke up right before digivolving(he didn't need to go when I put them to sleep), but the other one never did anything like that. I'm pretty pissed, I made a few mistakes, but I thought I was doing a decent job until now. Not sure if I want to restart or just stick with these guys and hope the next 2 will be better.

lol if you happen to not meet other criteria you get the terrible digi lines.

I did end up with a numemon once, but my other thing was fine. With both though... this game is hard enough to go through with regular digimon. You might just want to grind them up until they die.

To be fair, I dropped next order because of it's drastic difficulty bumps and no indication of enemy power so my advice may not be great.

Were you training till they got the little sweat bubble? Because i'm pretty sure that counts as a care mistake, plus the pooping.

This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.
If you take 110% of what I say seriously then you're gonna have a bad time.

Oh, so I have to stop before it gets there? I thought I was just supposed to stop as soon as the sweat bubbles came up.

Yeah you have to have them rest before the sweat bubble appears. Luckily, their fatigue level is visible unlike in the first game so it's much easier to avoid. Also, once you meet the requirements, you can still train and not get a Numemon because of it.

And I'm sorry but did you imply it's harder to get Numemon in the first Digimon World? Because my first two Digimon in that game turned into Numemon because something was slightly off with how I trained them. And those two times weren't the only time I got Numemon either though at least one of the later ones were able to turn into... well I won't spoil it. My point is I have yet to get a Numemon in my current Next Order playthrough.

Really? Because I've been really getting into it. Does the game nose dive in quality later on? Then again, the digivice style of gameplay wasn't too popular in the first game either.

I only got a Numemon once, and I think that was the first Digimon ever. Never used a walkthrough or anything, so I thought it was harder to get a Numemon.
