Mostly just heights, or more specifically falling since I am fine with airplanes, I just don't like getting on ladders or roofs.

Also drowning, but I haven't been in a situation where that was a possibility since middle school.

Im not really scared of spiders...snakes or clowns...or bugs...it's usually when those things catch me off guard...Like for example "oh shit it's a spider!... I'll try to catch them and throw them out of my house in a napkin without killing them" and I might be a little cautious trying to get it or w.e but not usually scared(unless it's huge or fast).... VS "hmm whats this itch on my shoulder" *itches shoulder* "WTF IS THAT!!!" *throws bug or spider onto the floor* ...my heart starts beating fast lmao or in the summer running your fingers through your hair to find a bug lol it's like an invasion of my private space lmao

Are you scared of something?

I have a anxiety disorder that seemed to have been brought on by the fear of dying(from a illness or otherwise) in short. Although I don't have that fear now as I know it's probably all just anxiety I still have this constant head pressure that causes other symptoms(off balance, blurred vision, tight chest and so on). I've no idea why I still have this head pressure as I don't feel anxious. Still that's something I'm working on figuring out by medication(my current medication doesn't seem to be working) and CBT on some level. The only thing that helps a little is mindfulness techniques and that's something I'm practising between appointments with the doctors. I believe there must be a answer as to why I feel this way as I've only had these symptoms for two years and with it being a mental illness altering my thought process should help. Only time will tell I guess.

I also have a fear of never achieving what I want out of life. That being my own family and a job to support that lifestyle. It's not something I dwell on all that much though as it's pointless dwelling on "what if". All I can do at this point is work on finding myself a job. I'm aware that being out of work probably contributes towards my anxiety but I can't do much about that at this point.

As for 'normal' fears I've always been afraid of heights. This doesn't stop me doing things involving heights but they're not something I enjoy. Although if I faced heights more then I'd probably be able to overcome said fear in theory.

My greatest fear is my epilepsy. I fear having a seizure when I'm in compromising places, like air planes, anywhere involving heights like tall ladders or riding a ski lift or standing by a ledge. I fear I'm gonna seize and fall off. I've only had five seizures in my life but it's frightening to feel that I could so easily lose control

Cute. And not entirely ignored by state universities. I taught an adult education class called "Sharknado", about surviving real and fictional disasters.

The Red Cross helped with a presentation on "Go Bags", what to pack if you have to evacuate. I also had the class make simple camper's stoves from soda cans, for boiling water in emergencies, making soup, etc.

Land Sharks? Hot Hail? Angry Birds? Zombie Apocalypse? Seek shelter.

Fire? Flood? Collapsing buildings? Evacuate.

Earthquake? Alien Air Raid? Collapsing infrastructure? Stay or go, depending on how long to restore power, water, sewage disposal.

I used the Sharknado movies, and the old Charleton Heston classic, Omega Man, as teaching aids. Fun class.
